Shipping and Returns

Items are dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment being received unless otherwise stated.

UK

We use Royal Mail to send all UK orders and these are sent second class with a delivery aim of 2-3 working days, once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a dispatch email, so you know that it’s on its way.

I have proof of postage for every parcel sent, please note that this is not tracking, and this is a separate option than doesn’t come as standard.

International

We use Royal Mail Standard International Airmail. Standard airmail can take anywhere between 5 – 21 working days dependent on the country and customs.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived with you, please get in touch as we can look into the proof of postage and the estimated delivery time investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Please be aware however that for UK orders its 14 days before an item is classed as missing and international orders its 28.

Returns and Exchange

If you are not happy with your item, you are of course entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Please send the items back in the same condition in which you received them, it is advisably to send signed or tracked so you know it has arrived back with us.

If items are damaged in transit of course I can send you a new one, please send me a picture of the damage so I can see what went wrong.

Customs Charges
It’s the responsibility of you, the customer, to check any relevant customs charges or tax for your country; it is the sole responsibility of you, the customer, to pay these charges. By placing an order, you’re agreeing to this policy. As of the 1st July, there are new EU VAT taxes and fees, please check with your country the relevant charges you may incur on top of your order.

Order Receipt
We aim to be as friendly to the planet as we can so we don’t include a printed receipt with an order unless it is specifically requested.
